Davenshaw Mill
Davenshaw Mill is an apartment block home to 21 two and three-storey apartments. To support the progressive brick build for the residential property our team erected a traditional tube and fit scaffold.

The residential scheme in the heart of Congleton was developed on the land of a demolished and disused mill.
The bespoke tube and fit scaffold solution was carefully erected to span the 104 metres perimeter of the new build structure.
The scaffold that stood nine metres high provided access for trade workers to complete the properties construction in a logical and straight forward manner. For our team this meant delivering external and internal scaffolding on a progressive build plan.
Inside, our team provided edge protection crash decks and birdcage scaffolding to facilitate the internal work such as installation of floor joists and plastering of walls.
On the exterior of the build our team built six progressive stages of scaffold to allow bricklayers to construct each tier of the building and contractors to build the roof.
Due to the volume of materials involved, our new build scaffold service provided staircases, loading bays that stretched four metres long and 1.5 metres wide. All of which were constructed using NASC guidelines, allowing for up to 3kn per square metre of safe working loads and lift heights between 1.5-1.8 metres.
