Following a competitive tender, Teal Scaffold was appointed as scaffold contractor for a major improvement scheme in Latchford, Warrington.

Following a competitive tender process, Teal Scaffold successfully begun erecting the bespoke access solution on the nine-story high rise apartment block.
The 1960’s high-rise, which contains 51 one and two-bedroom apartments, is owned by the Regeneration Group, Torus.
Torus members’, HMS, were appointed to conduct the remodelling of the high-rise block, which was fitted with new windows, kitchens, bathrooms, front doors, balconies, and a lift.
The building also benefited from a new wall insulation system, with the external walls finished with non-combustible render, incorporating stone wool insulation.
To facilitate the refurbishment work Teal Scaffold’s working at height experts installed a bespoke tube and fit solution.
The scaffold solution which was erected during a 16 week build period incorporated a system staircase design and passenger hoist to safely enable various trades to access the flats.
